# Benutzer zum Sub-Tenant hinzufügen

Sobald ein Sub-Tenant erstellt oder für die Benutzerzuweisung identifiziert wurde, wechseln Sie zur Benutzerseite. Verwenden Sie die Filteroption, um den gewünschten Sub-Tenant auszuwählen. Folgen Sie von dort aus den Schritten, um einen neuen Benutzer zu erstellen und sicherzustellen, dass dieser korrekt mit dem ausgewählten Sub-Tenant verbunden ist..

Vorhandene Benutzer können nicht zu einem Sub-Tenant hinzugefügt werden. Admins müssen einen neuen Benutzer innerhalb des Sub-Tenants erstellen, auch wenn dieselbe E-Mail-Adresse wie im Haupt-Tenant verwendet wird. Aus Sicherheitsgründen wird empfohlen, für den neuen Benutzer ein einzigartiges Passwort festzulegen.

### **Schritte um einen Benutzer zum Sub-Tenant hinzuzufügen**

1. **Zugriff auf die Verwaltung:**
   * Gehen Sie zum Verwaltungsmenü und wählen Sie den Abschnitt Benutzer.
2. **Sub-Tenant filtern:**
   * Klicken Sie auf das Filter-Symbol oben auf dem Bildschirm.
3. **Ziel-Sub-Tenant auswählen:**
   * Wählen Sie im Filter-Pop-up-Menü den gewünschten Sub-Tenant-Namen (z. B. Sub-Tenant - GIOT) aus.
4. **Filter anwenden:**
   * Klicken Sie auf Anwenden, um nur Benutzer im ausgewählten Sub-Tenant anzuzeigen.
5. **Neuen Benutzer erstellen:**
   * Klicken Sie auf das Symbol „Neuen Benutzer erstellen“ und folgen Sie den Schritten, um den Benutzererstellungsprozess abzuschließen.
