# LCT - Commands Page

The **Command Section** allows users to send essential commands to the LCT device, including rebooting the device and requesting logs, either as recent entries (Tail Log) or specific page logs for detailed diagnostics.

### Steps to Reboot the Device:

1. **Navigate to the Device**: From the Cockpit menu, go to the Devices section and select the desired device.
2. **Open the Properties Page**: In the device dashboard, click on the **Properties** tab, then navigate to the **Command** section.
3. **Send Reboot Command**: Click on the "Click to send Reboot Command" button. A green banner will confirm the successful reboot.

### Steps to Request Logs:

1. **Access Log Commands**: In the **Command** section, below the reboot command, locate the log request options.
2. **Select Log Type**:
   * **Tail Log**: Choose this option to retrieve a series of recent logs. Enter the desired number of log entries in the dedicated text box.
   * **Page Log**: Select this option to retrieve specific logs. Enter the **ID of the first log entry** and specify the **number of log entries** to retrieve.
3. **Request Logs**: Click on **Request Log**.
4. **View Logs**: The requested logs will be displayed in the **Logs Page** for further analysis.
