Low Cost Tracker Device Mounting Instructions

For best transmission results:

• mount the tracker externally on an object with an unobstructed view of the sky,

• select an installation site that protects the tracker from excessive mechanical stress, (as shocks, impacts, vibrations, bending, or twisting forces),

• Make sure the chosen location has sufficient mobile network coverage.

In addition, for the LCT Advanced:

• for optimal reception, the tracker should lie flat: it has an additional GPS receiver built in,

• it has a tamper contact: during installation, make sure that the contact is permanently pressed in.

Due to the dead weight of the Low Cost Tracker, mounting using tape is not recommended.
